春節連假進入尾聲,你有症頭了嗎?許多人在收假後都會出現一些不適症狀,像疲倦、嗜睡、注意力不集中、焦慮、腸胃不適等,這些症狀統稱為「休假症候群, Holiday Syndrome」。
行銷軟體重症醫師黃軒在臉書分享,許多人長假結束回到職場或學業時,會經歷「休假症候群」,這是一種由於過度壓力或焦慮導致的身體和心理問題,會使人難以適應工作或學校生活;他說休假症候群的不適症狀,包括疲倦、嗜睡、注意力不集中、情緒低落、焦慮、不安、腸胃不適等等,休假症候群的主要原因包括「假期期間生活作息不規律,導致生理時鐘紊亂」、「假期結束後,需要重新適應工作或學業的壓力」、「假期期間過度放鬆,導致身心狀態難以回到工作或學業的狀態」。
黃軒建議,在假期結束前幾天調整作息,像是假期期間習慣晚睡晚起,可以提早1小時上床,假期結束後,不要立即投入繁重的工作或學業,可以安排一些輕鬆活動,像是整理家裡、朋友聚會、踏青或適度運動等等。
黃軒表示,過年後的休假症候群是一種常見的現象,可以透過以上方法有效調整生活節奏,如果休假症候群的症狀嚴重或持續時間長,建議諮商心理師或尋求精神科醫師專業協助。
